Q: Why does your Personal service plan not come with phone support?
A: Most users will be able to get their website up and running with no help at all from the LTtech support staff. These users can benefit from the cost savings associated with not needing a plan with phone support. For those who need response times faster than that offered by email or prefer to speak to technical support as opposed to getting support via email, phone support is offered with our two higher level plans.

Q: What is the average response time for questions submitted via email?
A: All support emails are responded to within an hour or two of being submitted, most of which are answered in under half that time. Our support department is available 24/7 every day of the year.

Q: Do you outsource your technical support?
A: We do not outsource any of our technical support. Every email and call is answered by someone who works for LTtech and is familiar with our system. Support agents have open lines of communication with the LTtech engineers and are encouraged to confirm answers with them if they are at all unsure about their response.
