Acceptable Usage Policy:
LT Technologies, Inc. (LTtech) is committed to providing the very best in web hosting experiences. To that end, LTtech has instituted this Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) to ensure that we may continue to provide that level service to all of our customers.

To report a violation of our AUP or if you have any questions regarding it, please email abuse@lttech.com. When reporting a violation, please include as much information as possible including the date and time (with time zone), domain, IP address, any header information and evidence of the violation.

Use of the LTtech hosting service constitutes acceptance and agreement to this AUP. We reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time.

LTtech forbids the use of our services to host, link to, email or otherwise transmit any of the following materials:
  • Unsolicated Bulk Email (aka Spam)
  • Anything of a pornographic or offensive nature
  • Any illegal content
  • Content intended to deceive the recipient into divulging personal information (aka "Phishing")
  • Content violating someone's copyright
  • Viruses, Spyware, or other software intended to damage computer systems
  • Content intended to disrupt the normal operation of any computer system or network (aka "Denial of Service attack")

In order to provide a stable hosting environment for all of our customers we forbid the use of certain software in conjunction with our hosting systems. These include IRC bots, proxies, or any program that runs as a daemon.

Misuse of network resources in a manner which impairs network performance is prohibited by this policy and may result in termination of your account. You are prohibited from excessive consumption of resources, including CPU time, memory and disk space. You may not use resource intensive programs which negatively impact other customers or the performances of LTtech systems or networks. LTtech reserves the right to terminate or limit such activities.

You are responsible for any misuse of your account, even if the inappropriate activity was committed by a friend, family member, guest or employee. Therefore, you must take steps to ensure that others do not gain unauthorized access to your account. In addition, you may not use your account to breach security of another account or attempt to gain unauthorized access to another network or server.

Although, LTtech will make the best effort to warn the customer regarding AUP violations before taking any action regarding the customer's account, we reserve the right to take any action nessassary to resolve the issue, up to and including termination of the customer's account.
